Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pcs potatoes peeled
  • 3 cups water for boiling potatoes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 pc cheese sliced
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Put potatoes in a pot and add water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender but still firm, about 30 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, warm milk over medium heat. Add butter and cheese then cook until both butter and cheese are melted. Set aside.
  • Carefully take potatoes from the pot and place it into a large bowl.
  • Using a potato masher, smash potatoes then add milk mixture. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt to taste.
  • Ready to serve.
