beef broth

sesame seeds as desired
Instructions
In an oiled pan over medium heat, fry chopped beef for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Once cooked, remove from the pan.
Add more oil, then put garlic and ground ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth then stir.
Add the broccoli florets, cook for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch and water then pour into the pan. Cook until sauce has thickened.
Add the beef back into the pan, simmer for 5 minutes.
Ready to serve. Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
