Garlic Buttered Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs shrimp
  • 1 pc medium onion chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Warm skillet for at least 2 minutes using medium heat.
  • When the skillet is warm, put butter then add onion and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and toss a pinch of salt to taste.
  • Stir occasionally to cook the shrimp evenly. Fry for 15 minutes, it is done when you see oil from the shrimp start to sizzle.
  • Serve hot and topped with spring onion if desired.
