Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups water
  • 2 lbs beef shank
  • 3 pcs onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 pcs whole sweet corn sliced
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped
  • 1 bundle bok choy
  • 1 pc whole napa cabbage

Instructions
 

  • Combine water, beef shank, onion, salt, and ground black pepper in a large pot. Cover and cook for 1 hour over medium-high heat.
  • Add sweet corn then continue to cook with cover for 10 minutes.
  • Add green onion, bok choy, and cabbage. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
