  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp water


  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Add the minced garlic, asparagus, butter. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Add water to keep it moist.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
