- 1 whole chicken cut into bite pieces
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 whole onion small size
- 1 piece ginger peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup papaya
- 1 cup malunggay (moringa)
Heat the cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add water over the mixture, stir then cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the papaya, cover the pot and cook for another 20 minutes.
Add the malunggay (moringa), cover the pot and cook for 3 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
