French Omelette

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 pieces eggs extra large
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper


  • Crack and beat the eggs.
  • Pre-heat pan over low medium heat. Melt butter. Add eggs, and stir.
  • Season with salt and pepper then stir. Roll the omelette toward edge of pan.
  • Serve hot.
