Chop Suey is a Chinese-American stir-fry dish made with beef, vegetables, and a savory sauce. The beef is usually thinly sliced and marinated before being stir-fried with vegetables such as onions, bell peppers, and bean sprouts. The sauce typically consists of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and other seasonings.

Instructions
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium high heat.
Toss in chopped onion, carrot, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, and snow peas. Stir-fry for five minutes until vegetables are slightly softened but still crisp. Season with salt and pepper then remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add two more tablespoons of oil if needed. Cook the thinly sliced beef until browned on all sides.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Return cooked vegetables back into the pan with beef. Add in the mung bean sprouts and water then stir for a minute.
Pour in wine and oyster sauce over everything in the pan. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve hot over rice and enjoy your homemade beef chop suey.
