1 lb shrimp peeled, deveined with tails on 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin 1 bulb garlic minced 4 tbsp salted butter ½ medium lemon 2 tbsp parsley chopped ¼ tsp red pepper flakes crushed salt and pepper to taste
Start by heating up a large skillet over medium heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add 1 bulb of minced garlic. Once the garlic has browned slightly (~1 minute), add 4 tablespoons of butter. Move the butter around until it melts.
Add 1 pound of medium-sized raw shrimps, cook until they turn pink (2-3 minutes on each side).
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Next, add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional).
Flip it over, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, then squeeze and add 1/2 lemon juice.
Finally, add 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley then toss together for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Serve and enjoy!
