2 lb baby potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp parsley flakes salt to taste
Start by washing and drying the potatoes thoroughly.
Cut them into uniform cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with some olive oil for the best results, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley flakes.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Now, toss everything together with your hands until each cube is evenly coated.
Spread the cubed potatoes on a baking ware.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip each cube over and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown on both sides.
