Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing and drying the potatoes thoroughly.
  • Cut them into uniform cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with some olive oil for the best results, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley flakes.
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Now, toss everything together with your hands until each cube is evenly coated.
  • Spread the cubed potatoes on a baking ware.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then flip each cube over and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown on both sides.
  • Once they're done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle some salt on top.
  • Serve hot and enjoy these perfectly roasted potatoes!
