1 medium upo bottle gourd 1 lb pork belly 1 medium tomato 1 medium onion 4 cloves garlic 2 cups water 1 tbsp cooking oil olive 1 tsp salt ground black pepper to taste
Begin by heating cooking oil in a cooking pot over medium-high heat.
When the oil is hot, add the pork and fry until browned.
Once cooked, push meat on the side. Add the garlic and onion then stir-fry until fragrant.
Next, add the tomatoes and cook until they are softened.
Then, add the sliced bottled gourd. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put water then place lid and cook until tender.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
