Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium upo bottle gourd
  • 1 lb pork belly
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil olive
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Begin by heating cooking oil in a cooking pot over medium-high heat.
  • When the oil is hot, add the pork and fry until browned.
  • Once cooked, push meat on the side. Add the garlic and onion then stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Next, add the tomatoes and cook until they are softened.
  • Then, add the sliced bottled gourd. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put water then place lid and cook until tender.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice.
