8 ounce elbow macaroni 2 cups broccoli florets chopped 2 tbsp butter salted 2 tbsp all-purpose flour ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp salt ½ tsp ground black pepper 2 cups milk 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded ⅓ cup bread crumbs for topping
Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Add the macaroni and cook according to the package instructions.
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli to the pot.
Drain the macaroni and broccoli.
