olive oil

cabbage

fish sauce

Instructions
Boil water in a cooking pot for 2 minutes.
Add rice noodles, cook for 3 minutes then drain water.
On a separate wok, heat olive oil for 2 minutes.
Add chopped chicken breasts, cook for 10 minutes.
Add tofu and eggs then stir, cook for 2 minutes.
Add rice noodles, bean sprouts, cabbage, rice vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, green onion, and red pepper.
Serve hot topped with carrots and peanuts.
