Instructions
Put coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole kernel corn, sugar, and 2 cups of water into a pot. Stir for 2 minutes.
Take pot and turn on stove. Using medium heat, boil mixture for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of water and cornstarch then whisk until the cornstarch is diluted with water.
Take the bowl and pour mixture into the boiling pot with other ingredients. Stir thoroughly.
Continue to stir and cook for 10 more minutes or until the mixture reaches your desired thickness.
Once mixture is thicken, remove pot from heat and immediately pour mixture in a large serving tray. Flatten the top using a spoon.
Let it cool down before adding the cheese toppings then refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serve cold.
