Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans coconut milk 13.5 fl oz (400mL)
  • 1 can evaporated milk 12 fl oz (354mL)
  • 1 can condensed milk 14 fl oz (396g)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn 15.25 fl oz (432g)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups water (2 cups water + 1 cup to dissolve cornstarch)
  • 225 grams cornstarch
  • 1 pack shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Put coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole kernel corn, sugar, and 2 cups of water into a pot. Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Take pot and turn on stove. Using medium heat, boil mixture for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of water and cornstarch then whisk until the cornstarch is diluted with water.
  • Take the bowl and pour mixture into the boiling pot with other ingredients. Stir thoroughly.
  • Continue to stir and cook for 10 more minutes or until the mixture reaches your desired thickness.
  • Once mixture is thicken, remove pot from heat and immediately pour mixture in a large serving tray. Flatten the top using a spoon.
  • Let it cool down before adding the cheese toppings then refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Serve cold.
