Wet Ingredients
- 2 pcs banana ripe
- 1 pc egg
- 120 ml milk
- 85 grams honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Dry Ingredients
- 175 grams oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
Dry Batter
Place the oatmeal into container, add baking powder and salt. Mix it.
Add dry batter into wet batter and mix it until well combined.
Prepare muffin cake mold, put muffin paper cup into mold.
Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cup.
Top with chocolate chips, optional
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
8. Ready to serve.
