Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 pcs banana ripe
  • 1 pc egg
  • 120 ml milk
  • 85 grams honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Dry Ingredients

  • 175 grams oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

Wet Batter

  • Bananas mash it and then add egg, milk honey and vanilla essence into mash bananas, and then whisk it until combined. Set aside.

Dry Batter

  • Place the oatmeal into container, add baking powder and salt. Mix it.
  • Add dry batter into wet batter and mix it until well combined.
  • Prepare muffin cake mold, put muffin paper cup into mold.
  • Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cup.
  • Top with chocolate chips, optional
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
  • 8. Ready to serve.
