Instructions
  1. Remove excess salt from dried Dilis by rinsing it twice or more with fresh water.
  2. Preheat oil in a deep pan on a medium heat.
  3. Add dilis and fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Drain oil and set aside.
  4. On a separate pan, heat up the banana ketchup then add fried dilis. Mix well to evenly coat dilis with the sauce. Fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add sugar and cayenne pepper. Stir and fry for another 5 minutes or until sugar has caramelized.
