Instructions
  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the noodles, cook for 2 minutes. Add the flavor packet, stir, and continue to cook for 1 more minute.
  3. Carefully add the egg, do not stir. Place cover and cook for another 1 minute.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and transfer everything to a serving bowl. Garnish with the chopped green onion if desired.
