Instructions
  1. Put potatoes in a pot and add water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender but still firm, about 30 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm milk over medium heat. Add butter and cheese then cook until both butter and cheese are melted. Set aside.
  3. Carefully take potatoes from the pot and place it into a large bowl.
  4. Using a potato masher, smash potatoes then add milk mixture. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Ready to serve.
