Instructions
  1. Broil tomatoes for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet over medium high heat, combine garlic, onion, green bell pepper, and olive oil. Sauté for 5 minutes then remove from heat.
  3. Transfer the sautéed vegetable mixture into a blender. Pulse to roughly blend. Add roasted tomatoes, cilantro, salt and pepper, sugar, and lemon juice then blend for another 10 seconds.
  4. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
