Ingredients
  

  • 5 pieces tomatoes large size
  • 6 cloves garlic crushed
  • 3 pieces onion chopped
  • 1 piece green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 piece lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Broil tomatoes for 30 minutes.
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat, combine garlic, onion, green bell pepper, and olive oil. Sauté for 5 minutes then remove from heat.
  • Transfer the sautéed vegetable mixture into a blender. Pulse to roughly blend. Add roasted tomatoes, cilantro, salt and pepper, sugar, and lemon juice then blend for another 10 seconds.
  • Ready to serve. Enjoy!
