Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp
- 1 pc medium onion chopped
- 6 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Warm skillet for at least 2 minutes using medium heat.
- When the skillet is warm, put butter then add onion and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and toss a pinch of salt to taste.
- Stir occasionally to cook the shrimp evenly. Fry for 15 minutes, it is done when you see oil from the shrimp start to sizzle.
- Serve hot and topped with spring onion if desired.
