Instructions
  1. Warm skillet for at least 2 minutes using medium heat.
  2. When the skillet is warm, put butter then add onion and garlic. Fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and toss a pinch of salt to taste.
  4. Stir occasionally to cook the shrimp evenly. Fry for 15 minutes, it is done when you see oil from the shrimp start to sizzle.
  5. Serve hot and topped with spring onion if desired.
