Instructions
  1. Saute ginger and bacon in a cooking pot with oil then add water.
  2. Let the water boil then add rice and stir occasionally.
  3. Add chicken and salt to taste.
  4. Serve hot topped with sliced boiled eggs, fried garlic, and diced green onions.
