Instructions
  1. Put glutinous rice in a medium saucepan.
  2. Rinse and drain twice then add 5 cups of water.
  3. Set over medium-high heat and bring to a boil then add cocoa mix.
  4. Serve hot with evaporated milk, sugar or topping of choice.
