Instructions
  1. Cut cauliflower into florets. Grate into rice-bits using food chopper or finely chop using knife. Yields around 4 cups cauliflower rice.
  2. Cook bacon for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Using the same pan, cook 3 pieces beaten eggs. Dash some salt. Set aside.
  4. Turn on stove to high heat. Put one tablespoon oil. Saute minced garlic. Stir fry 4 cups cauliflower rice. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stir regularly.
  5. Add one tablespoon soy sauce, bacon, eggs, small peas, and garnish with spring onions.
  6. Serve hot!
