Instructions
  1. Start by cleaning the squid.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a saucepan. Add garlic, onion, and tomato. Cook and stir until softened.
  3. Add the squid and bring to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce. Stir and cook for another 15 minutes. Season with green and red chili and ground black pepper.
